Prices verified on 10/08/2026 on Cloaked’s and Incogni’s sites.

Price: what each costs

Incogni is cheaper for data removal alone: $95.88/year against $119.99 for Cloaked Individual. Month to month the two are close, $15.98 for Incogni Standard and $14.99 for Cloaked Individual.

Cloaked’s price covers more than removals. Every plan lists unlimited email and phone aliases, call screening, a password manager, a VPN and $1M identity theft insurance, per its pricing page on 10/08/2026. Incogni’s checkout showed a $95.88 renewal before payment. This site didn’t reach Cloaked’s checkout, and the pricing page says only “Cancel anytime.” More on Incogni’s prices is on the Incogni pricing page.

Coverage: brokers versus “sites”

Cloaked’s headline says it removes data from “1,000+ data brokers, people-search sites, data aggregators, and other sites.” On 10/08/2026 its list had 1,059 entries. This site counted 354 tagged “Data broker” and 705 tagged “Other website,” including Abbott, Accenture and Ace Hardware. The same page’s structured data says “120+ data brokers,” so Cloaked’s own numbers don’t agree.

Incogni’s list had 420 rows, all brokers or people-search sites. On the 16 people-search sites this site tracks, Cloaked’s list named all 16, including BeenVerified, Intelius, TruthFinder and Radaris. Incogni’s list named 10. A list entry is a claim, not a confirmed removal: this site didn’t test removals at either service. The counts are in the Data Removal Coverage Index.

Removal timing and proof

Cloaked’s help center, updated 07/01/2026, says takedowns “usually begin within about 14 business days,” average 2 to 3 weeks, and can take up to 2 to 3 months across all brokers. Incogni’s help center says some brokers respond within a day and cites legal deadlines of 30 to 45 days. A Deloitte limited assurance report on Incogni, dated 08/06/2025, covers its schedule of repeat requests every 60 or 90 days. This site found no outside report on Cloaked’s removals.

Refunds and trials

This is where Cloaked’s own pages and reviewers disagree. Cloaked’s terms, effective 10/20/2025, say charges are “final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by Cloaked.” Security.org (09/10/2026) and All About Cookies (10/02/2026) both describe a 30-day money-back guarantee. Cloaked’s insurance page mentions “the Cloaked free trial,” but its pricing page showed none on 10/08/2026.

Incogni is clear on both: no trial, and a refund within 30 days of the first purchase, once per customer. If the refund matters to you, ask Cloaked’s support before paying.

Personal data

Incogni needs your name, address, date of birth and, for U.S. customers, a phone number. All About Cookies reported that Cloaked’s removal setup asked for name, phone, address, email and birthday, with SSN optional, when it tested on 07/22/2026. Cloaked Pay, its invite-only virtual card, requires an SSN, and its help center says “even our support team cannot override this requirement.”

Details on Incogni are in the Incogni review.

Who should pick Cloaked

  • You want aliases for sign-ups and a screened phone number as much as data removal.
  • You’re listed on BeenVerified, Intelius, TruthFinder or Radaris, which Incogni’s list doesn’t include.
  • You want identity theft insurance in the same bill.

Who should pick Incogni

  • You want data removal only and the lower price for it.
  • You want a list made only of brokers, and an outside report on the removal schedule.
  • You want a written 30-day refund in the terms.

Verdict

Incogni scores 7.6/10, and Cloaked’s score is pending, so this page names no overall winner yet. They overlap only on data removal. Incogni is the cheaper, better-documented choice for that job alone. Cloaked’s list covers more people-search sites by name but pads its “1,000+” with ordinary companies, and its refund terms conflict with what reviewers report. Read the Incogni review before you choose.
