For readers
Questions about a review, a price that no longer matches the vendor’s checkout, a screen that changed, a service you’d like covered, or a ranking you disagree with. Start your message with the page address. I can’t give advice on your personal case, but I can check a fact and fix the page.
For vendors
You can send a test account. The score still comes from the methodology, from the test account, the checkout and the documents, and it may be low. A test account doesn’t buy a review, a position, or a change to a page.
What I won’t do: publish a draft for approval, remove a dated fact, accept payment for placement, or run a “sponsored” review. There are no paid listings on this site.
If a page states a fact about your product that is wrong, send the page address, the sentence, and a link to the page on your site that shows the correct fact. Corrections are made with a date.
If you run an affiliate program and want to tell me about it, send the program page. Programs don’t change scores, and the site says so on every page.
Personal data requests
To ask what personal information the site holds about you, to have it deleted, or to opt out, write to me through the channel above, starting your message with “Privacy request”. What the site collects, and your rights under CCPA/CPRA, are on the privacy policy page.
Corrections
Every page has a “Reviewed” and an “Updated” date under the title. If something on a page no longer matches what you see on the vendor’s site, send the page address and a screenshot if you have one. The page is re-checked against the vendor’s site, fixed, and the “Updated” date is changed. You don’t have to be right to write; a mismatch is enough.
